DeWitt’s E-Z Stir Tac ‘N’ Bond Tack Coat is a black asphalt emulsion that meets DOT standards for SS-1H. Product is ready to use and fast setting. DeWitt’s E-Z Stir unique formulation is designed to slightly or not at all settle in container to save time on mixing before use. It is designed for priming asphalt or concrete prior to asphalt overlay and prior to installing asphalt patch. May be used directly from container or sprayed/dispensed from suitable mechanized equipment. 5 GALLON
